Organising an event?
The River Wye Activity Centre is a perfect event venue between Hereford and Brecon for hosting events of all sizes. We can host and cater for up to 350 people on site at any one time. On top of this, we can arrange activities and entertainment to suit whatever your group requires!
In the past we have hosted charity events, first aid courses, staff training days, corporate team building events as well as various multi-activity residential trips for students.
We can help get your event off the ground with:
Accommodation
70 bunkbeds across the main house and our bunkhouse (we can easily make this up to 100 if we know in advance), plus space for up to 300 camping
Activities
We can organise a whole host of activities to suit your event, for example, multi-day canoe trips, hikes, gorge walking, climbing and abseiling, multi-activity weeks or weekends, on-site activities such as mountain biking, archery, bushcraft and axe/knife throwing.
Equipment to hire
We have marquees, camping tents, sleeping bags and various other camping and activity equipment for hire.
Organisers are also welcome to hire in their own facilities such as hot tubs, toilets, lighting, stages…
